The staff:
- Victor: Pastor and Father. Teaches, protects, and provides for the children lovingly and self-sacrificially. Victor enjoys lifting weights at the local gym, training the guard dogs at the house, and when the occasion permits winning soccer against anyone who will play him
- Simini: wife and mother. Nurtures the children and helps with the administration. She loves playing with baby Tabitha as her own, joking with the other girl staff, and catching a Hindi Soap Opera once in a while.
-Lincy: mothering and caring for all the girls, as well as helping oversee the support staff. She enjoys learning about operating a computer, translating for teams that come through, and watching her daughter grow up. Lincy’s husband was killed in a car accident about 5 years ago when they were evangelizing some of the unreached tribal areas of South India.
-The Daily routine of the kids:
5:00-8:00 AM: Wake up, prayer, bath time, breakfast and off to School.
8:00-3:00PM: School
3:30-6:00PM: Lunch and playtime.
6:00-8:30PM: Prayer, study time
8:30-9:30PM: Dinner, bed time.
